Meh
Not nice to gloat over people's misfortune.
I doubt that wealth is currently "concentrating" at a time when the super-rich are getting killed in the market, CEOs are getting wiped out by margin calls, hedge funds are liquidating, Wall Street is slashing its bonuses in half, etc. etc. etc. And how exactly does China's economic rise give any economic support to any idea you've ever put forth?

slashing its bonuses in half

You mean
the ones who aren't committing
suicide
?
And even the super-rich who are "getting by" are losing billions--
T Boone Pickens takes $1B bath on hedge funds
Ballmer, Bezos, Ellison, Murdoch out $20 billion
The big guys have taken a worse hit to their net worth percentage-wise during this crash than most of us little guys. As I have pointed out before, global stock markets have dropped by a much greater percentage than even housing. For most of us little guys, our biggest investment is our house; for the big guys, their biggest investment is their holdings in the stock market.

Thomas Frank has a recent post that talks about how income inequality will very likely decrease over the next few years. However, there is nothing to stop it from growing once the markets correct themselves.

LOL!
“Back in the thirties we were told we must collectivize the nation because the people were so poor. Now we are told we must collectivize the nation because the people are so rich.” ~ William F. Buckley, Jr.
Bad example
Cuba is pretty bad now, but I think a reasonable case can be made that the Cuba under Castro was better than Cuba under Batista. Obviously, I can't speak to what reforms may have happened absent Batista's overthrow, but Castro > Batista (much like Stalin > Hitler).

Mob Rule
Was that Ford Expedition owner implicitly endorsing Mobs running Cuba?
